摘要
文章采用FORTRAN语言和有限元商用软件ANSYS混合编程的方法分析了支撑体和瓦块的双重弹性变形对可倾瓦轴承性能的影响。计算结果表明:在考虑支撑体和瓦块同时变形的情况下,进油量、摩擦系数和最小油膜厚度增加。
The thesis analyzed the influence imposed on the tilting-pad bearing's performance of flexible deformation of pad support and pad by adopting FORTRAN language and finite element commercial software ANSYS mixed programming method.The research result showed that the oil inlet volume,friction coefficient and minimum oil film thickness were increased when the deformation of pad support and pad were considered at the same time.
