摘要 目的介绍《浙江省中药炮制规范》2015年版中常用毒性中药的增修订情况。方法基于《浙江省中药炮制规范》2015年版的增修订情况,结合中国药典2015年版的收载情况,对浙江省常用毒性中药(附子、川乌、草乌、半夏、天南星、虎掌南星)的法定炮制方法进行汇总分析,并简述相关质量标准的修订情况。结果《浙江省中药炮制规范》2015年版仅保留地方特色的炮制方法,并针对性地修订了鉴别、检查、含量测定等项目。结论《浙江省中药炮制规范》2015年版对常用毒性中药在安全性和质量可控性方面进行了大幅度提高,可更有效地控制其质量。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the revision of the processing of toxic traditional Chinese medicines in Zhejiang Province of Processing Chinese Crud Drugs 2015 Edition. METHODS To summarize and analyze legal processing methods of toxic traditional Chinese medicines based on Zhejiang Province of Processing Chinese Crud Drugs 2015 Edition and Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition. To introduce the revision of the relative quality standards. RESULTS The local processing methods were retained on Zhejiang Province of Processing Chinese Crud Drugs 2015 Edition. Methods for identification, inspection and assay had been revised. CONCLUSION Revised quality standards improve the safety and quality control and can be used for more effective control of toxic traditional Chinese medicines.
