摘要
以大颗粒碱式碳酸铈球团为前驱体,通过机械化学反应法制备了中位粒径为~100 nm的单分散纳米氧化铈抛光粉。研究表明,产物粒径随煅烧温度的升高而增大,盐溶液作为球磨介质可以改善颗粒间的团聚现象。其中,氯化钠溶液为球磨介质、900℃煅烧所得纳米CeO_2粉体球形度好,粒度分布均匀,Zeta电位绝对值大,在水中有较好的悬浮稳定性,其对K9玻璃抛光表面RMS粗糙度可达0.482 nm。
Monodispersed nano - ceria polishing powder with mean particle size of - 100nm has been prepared via mecha- nochemical method by using Ce(OH) CO3 large pellets as precursor. It was found that the particle size increased as elevated calcination temperature and the particle aggregation can be improved by using salt solution as the milling medium. In particu- lar, nano -ceria obtained by milling the precursor in sodium chloride solution and calcining at 900℃ had a good spherical shape, narrow particle size distribution, large Zeta potential value and good suspension stability. After polished by the as - prepared nano - ceria, the root - mean - square roughness of K9 glass surface can reach 0. 482 nm.
