互补输出级交越失真消除方法的仿真测试研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用NI Multisim12.0仿真软件分别对基本互补电路和消除交越失真互补输出级进行了虚拟测试分析。当输入信号为0时,测试出的静态电压值与理论计算结果相吻合,互补输出电路实现了零输入零输出;当输入电压取一定值时,根据晶体管基极和发射极的动态电位,以及输入和输出波形,进一步验证了消除交越失真互补输出级的工作原理,得出互补输出电路有很好的电压跟随特性,提升了理论课的教学效果。 The elimination method of complementary output crossover distortion was analyzed in virtual test via NI Multisim 12.0 software.By changing the input signal,making its size zero,the test quiescent voltage values were in agreement with the theoretical results,the complementary output realized zero input and zero output;if input signal size was a certain value,according to the test transistor base and emitter dynamic voltage,compared with the variation law of the input and output waveforms,the work principle of the complementary output stage was further verified,it came out the complementary output circuit which has good voltage following characteristics.When the NI Multisim12.0 software is properly introduced in the electronic circuit experiment teaching,the results of virtual simulation instance prove that it can improve the teaching effects of the circuit theory curriculum,and students can benefit a lot from the theoretical teaching and virtual experimental teaching.
