摘要
在对高校实验室"三废"现状分析的基础上提出了建立实验室废液处理体系、实验室废气净化系统、实验室动物尸体处理系统和实验室废弃试剂瓶处理系统的治理新体系,并提出通过做好实验室"三废"的源头管理、加大管理制度的建设力度和成立"三废"管理机构,强化"三废"治理的过程监督与检查的规范化,实现高校实验室的绿色发展和可持续发展。
With the development of comprehensive universities,there is a big gap between the laboratory“Three Wastes”treatment and the requirement of scientific education and research.Based on the current situation,this article offers a new laboratory waste management system,including waste liquid treatment system,waste gas purify system,animal body processing system and reagent bottles cleaning system,arguing that through the waste source control,rule making of standardized management and establishment of regulatory agencies, strengthening supervision and inspection, a green and sustainable development mode can be created for university laboratory waste management.
