摘要 职业技能大赛是检验职业院校办学水平及人才培养质量的一个重要平台。高职院校食品专业通过组织师生参加国家级和省级职业技能大赛,有利于加强师资队伍建设、提高学生综合技能、促进校企合作、加强院校之间交流合作,同时也有利于改善学校实训条件,更好地促进人才培养目标的实现。因此,充分利用职业技能大赛这个平台,有助于实现"以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促建",对高职食品专业长远发展起到了很好的促进作用。 The vocational skills competition is an important platform for testing education levels and talents cultiva- tion quality of vocational colleges. Organizing the teachers and students to take part in the national and provincial vo- cational skills competition would be advantageous to strengthen the teaching staff construction, improve the compre- hensive skills of students, promote the school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen the communication and cooperation between colleges and also improve the training conditions of colleges, which would promote the realization of talent training objective betterly.Accordingly, utilizing the platform of vocational skills competition adequately would be favorable to realize the improvement of teaching ,learning and construction for food specialty and beneficial to the long-term development of food specialty in higher vocational colleges.
