Research on Promoting the Legal System Innovation of Modern Logistics: A Case Study of Taiyuan

现代物流业是促进经济发展的"加速器"。太原作为山西的省会城市,其物流发展的水平直接影响着山西物流的整体水平。太原市现代物流的发展要靠法制创新的保障,这是现代物流发展的客观要求,也是创新理念对物流法制的客观要求。首先分析了太原物流法制的现状,明晰了物流法制创新的要求,其次分析了太原物流法制存在的问题,最后针对问题提出了制定地方性法规、构建现代物流法律框架、健全物流市场准入制度等建议。

Modern logistics is regarded as the ＂accelerator＂ to promote the rapid development of modern econo- my. Taiyuan is the capital of Shanxi Province, it＇ s level of the development of logistics has a direct impact on the overall level of Shanxi logistics. The development of modern logistics in Taiyuan City relies on the protection of the legal system innovation. This is the objective requirement of the development of modern logistics, and also is the objective requirement of the innovation idea to the logistics legal system. The article first analyse current situation of the logistics legal system in Taiyuan and clarified the requirements of logistics legal system innovation, secondly, it analysed the existing problems of logistics legal system in Taiyuan, at last, it put forward suggestions on the estab- lishment of local regulations, constructing the legal framework of modern logistics and perfecting the market access system of logistics.
