泡沫模样异步热线切割仿真加工研究

Development of Asynchronous Hotwire Cutting Simulation for Foam Pattern

摘要 在异步热线切割成型EPS模样技术中,由于传统二维CAD设计无法准确地描述三维实体,从而导致模型设计与加工存在偏差。利用Microsoft Visual Studio软件完成异步线切割加工装置的控制系统设计,基于Open GL实现三维模型仿真优化工艺,提高材料利用率以及加工效率,完成三维EPS模样加工。 In using asynchronous hotwire cutting with EPS foam,traditional 2DCAD methods were restricted due to that the shape of 3Dmodels couldn't be depicted precisely by the curves,resulting in the deviation of design and real product.In order to overcome the problem,a control system based on Open GL and Microsoft Visual Studio software was developed,which could run 3Dsimulation and manufacture.With the help of the system,analysis of the process can be performed prior to manufacturing.Thus material can be used efficiently and efficiency can be enhanced.Finally,the experiment of processing the foam mould was completed with the new system.
