铸造生产与财务供应链双系统集成的研究

A Feasibility Analysis of the Integration of the Manufacturing System and the Financial Supply Chain System in the Foundry Enterprise

铸造企业引入ERP系统能有效管控生产制造过程。对于已经实施财务供应链系统的企业,就如何实现双系统集成,成了铸造企业信息化进程中亟待解决的问题。双ERP系统之间业务和数据的异构性,使得系统集成难度极大。为此,对铸造企业生产制造与财务供应链双ERP系统的集成进行可行性研究,分析双系统集成的业务对接方法和数据接口规范,进行风险评估并提出规避措施。结合某铸造企业对华铸ERP和用友U9双系统的集成需求,制定了业务对接和数据集成的具体方案,为今后铸造企业实施双ERP系统提供参考。

In order to improve the market competition,more and more foundry enterprises begin to introduce the ERP system which can control effectively the manufacturing process.However,most of these enterprises have implemented the financial supply chain system,thus,how to realize the dual system integration has become a problem to be solved in the informationization process of casting enterprise.Given the business and data heterogeneity between different ERP systems,it is extremely difficult to integrate the dual system.A feasibility development on the integration of the manufacturing system and financial supply chain system in the foundry enterprise was carried out.First,business integration program and data interface specification of the two systems integration were analyzed,then risk assessment was conducted,and measures to avoid these risks were presented.Finally,based on the demand of integrating HZ ERP and UFIDA U9 in a foundry enterprise,a specific scheme of business and data integration was designed,which could be referenced by the foundry enterprise to implement dual system.
