摘要
根据泵体零件的结构特点,设计了浇注系统、排溢系统和压铸工艺参数。用ProCAST软件进行了充型凝固过程数值模拟,根据模拟结果改进了浇注系统,确定了合理的压铸工艺参数:浇注温度为630℃,模具预热温度为220℃,压射速度为1.5m/s。用优化的压铸模具进行生产,得到了合格的泵体压铸件,验证了模拟结果的准确性并应用于生产实际中。
According to the structural characteristics of pump body parts,the gating system,exhaustingoverflow system and die-casting process parameters were designed.Filling and solidification process was carried out with the ProCAST software.According to the simulation results,the casing process was optimized,and the reasonable die-casting process parameters were determined.With casting temperature of 630 ℃ and the mold preheating temperature of 220 ℃ as well as the injection rate of 1.5 m/s,the qualified pump body was produced,which showed that the simulation results could be used in the actual production.
