摘要
根据雷诺判别式和试验测得的抽气量数据,判定V法铸造真空管道中气体流动均为湍流,并推导出主管道和分管道面积公式。进行了管道数值模拟,发现真空泵接入处主管道直径能改变真空泵间相互影响,弯曲接头能有效消除接头处气体涡流。
According to the Reynolds discrimination and experimental data,the gas flow in vacuum pipes of V-Process casting is judged to be turbulent,and formula of the main pipe area was derived.The gas flow in vacuum pipes was simulated by the software.The results reveal that the diameter of main pipe in the pumps can change the co-action among pumps,and the bending joint can eliminate effectively the gas vortex at the joint.
