远端缺血处理心脏保护作用的研究进展

摘要 1986年,Murry等首次发现,在心脏长时间缺血前,先经过4次5 min短暂的非致命性缺血处理,可以有效地保护心脏,提升对随后长时间致命性缺血的耐受能力,并将这种内源性保护机制称为心肌缺血预处理(ischemic preconditioning,IPC)。
