摘要
冷却速率能够影响再生铝合金ADC12铸件的微观结构,宏观上表现为影响铸件的性能。以锲形铸锭为试样,观察了未添加变质剂时,冷却速率变化对再生铝ADC12的显微组织结构影响情况。另外,分析了当添加了0.3(wt%)的镧铈混合稀土元素时,冷却速率对再生铝合金ADC12变质效果的影响。
Cooling rate can affect themicrostructure regeneration ofthe casting of ADC12 alloy, and showing the macro performanceimpact of the casting. A wedge-shaped ingot as a sample observed when no added modifier, to discuss the affecting of cooling rate in recycled aluminum ADC12 casting microstructure. When well mixed rare earth elements added in an amount of 0.3(wt%), the cooling rate in recycled aluminum ADC12 modification effect.
