聚邻苯二胺修饰玻碳电极电化学方法测定水样中毒死蜱农药残留 被引量:1

Poly O-phenylendiamine Modified Glassy Carbon Electrodes by Electrochemical Method to Detect Organic Phosphorus Pesticides in Water Samples

摘要 研究了用电聚合的方法制备的邻苯二胺聚合膜(O-OPD)修饰电极,并用循环伏安法(CV)探讨了有机磷农药毒死蜱在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。实验结果表明,在0.2mol·L-1pH=7.2的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,有机磷农药毒死蜱在该修饰电极上产生了一对比较明显的氧化还原峰,峰电流与毒死蜱的浓度在2.7×10-9~2.7×10-6 mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,其线性方程为:E=0.0311c+0.1439,相关系数R为0.9953,检出限为2.7×10-9 mol·L-1。将方法用于实际水样中有机磷农药毒死蜱的检测,结果满意。 The preparation of the glassy carbon electrodes(GCE) was modified with o phenylendiamine polymer by means of electrochemical polymerization in this paper. The electrochemical behavior of the modified glassy carbon e- lectrodes was investigated in the solution of chorpyrifos organ phosphorous pesticide by the cylicvoltammetry(CV). The results showed that the chorpyrifos organ phosphorous pesticide produced a pair of sensitive oxidation reduction peak on the modified electrodes in 0.2 mol . L-1 phosphoric buffer ( pH =7.2 ). The current of oxidation reduction peak and concentration of chorpyrifos had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.7 × 10-9 - 2.7 × 10^- 6 mol . L -1. A linear equation was E=0.0311c + 0.1439, and a correlation index was R= 0.9953 with the detection limit of 2.7×10^-9 mol .L- 1. This method could be used to the analysis of phosphorus pesticides in water samples, and the results were satisfactory.
