摘要
桃源水电站主要由25孔泄洪闸、土石副坝、河床式电站厂房及通航建筑物等构成,安装9台20 MW灯泡贯流式机组。工程广泛分布有大型混凝土预件、金属结构及机电设备。设计阶段根据构件的体形尺寸、周边环境,拟定了施工方案;实施阶段结合现场设备布置情况,考虑施工设备的综合利用效率及降低施工作业间交叉干扰等因素,从经济、技术、安全等方面进行比较研究,选定了较优的吊装方案,顺利实现了安装目标。吊装设备性能及场地布置条件是吊装方案选定的研究对象,合理调配、汇合施工设备进行抬吊作业,成功克服了大型设备吊装难题,化解了场地紧张对设备布置的制约。
Taoyuan Hydropower Project consists of 25 flood sluices, earth-rock saddle dam, run-of-the-river powerhouse and navigation structures. 9 bulb-type tubular units, 20 MW each, are installed. Large-sized concrete precast members, steel structures and electromechanical equipment are arranged widely in the project. Construction scheme is proposed at design stage according to outline and sizes of members and surrounding conditions as well. At implementation stage, optimum lifting scheme is compared, studied and selected in terms of cost, technology and safety to successfully fulfill installation in accordance with site equipment distribution as well as in consideration of compre- hensive utilization of construction equipment and reduction of interference between different and parallel activities. Both lifting equipment performance and site arrangement conditions are subjects to be studied for selection of the lifting scheme. Because of the reasonable dispatching and mobilizing construction equipment for lifting operation by multiple equipment, difficulty in lifting and installation of large-sized equipment is resolved and restriction from limit site on equipment arrangement is eliminated.
