摘要
针对地调电网水调自动化系统建设难点,结合湖南电网实际情况,提出了系统设计思路和总体结构,并就分中心交互式WEB平台技术、数据采集混合通信组网技术、中间数据库技术等关键技术介绍了实现方法。通过在益阳地调的实践表明,该系统运行稳定,效益显著,满足地调水调业务开展的需求。
Aiming at difficulty of construction of automation system for hydraulic regulation in the power grid of regional dispatching and in combination with actual conditions of Hunan power grid, concept and general structural of the system design are proposed. Methods of realization of key technologies such as the interactive WEB platform technology for sub-center, technology of composite communication group network for data collection and technology of intermediate database, etc are introduced. Through the practice of the regional dispatching of Yiyang, it proves that the system operates stably, its benefit is outstanding and the system satisfies demand of business development of hydrattlic regulation in regional dispatching.
