Analysis on the Provincial Resources Input Status of HIV/AIDS Care Activities in Sichuan

目的了解2002-2014年四川省省级在HIV/AIDS关怀工作上的资源投入情况。方法采用文献回顾的方法,研究分析四川省HIV/AIDS关怀工作的资源投入情况。结果在政策资源上,自2002年起,四川省相关部门陆续出台省级关怀政策21个;在医疗技术资源上,省级医疗技术资源主要集中于HIV/AIDS诊疗及日常随访管理中的技术指导;在项目资源上,省级关怀项目资源投入随着疫情形势变化而变化。结论四川省在省级层面上投入包括政策资源、医疗技术资源以及项目资源在内的大量资源在HIV/AIDS关怀工作上,但经费及其他技术资源情况有待下一步系统分析。

Objective To learn and analyze the provincial resources input status of HIV / AIDS care activities from2002 to 2014 in Sichuan. Methods Literature review was applied. Results There had been 21 provincial polices of care activities in terms of policy since 2002. The provincial medical resources were mainly focused on treatment and follow-up of HIV / AIDS. The input of provincial HIV / AIDS care projects was adjusted by the epidemic status of HIV. Conclusion Including policy resources,medical resources and project resources,Sichuan had put vast amount of resources into HIV / AIDS care activities. And meanwhile,it was necessary to systematically analyze the input of funding and other technical resource.
