2012年南充市顺庆区1-15岁健康儿童麻疹、脊髓灰质炎抗体水平调查

Investigation of Measles and Poliomyelitis Antibody Levels Among Healthy Children Aged 1-15 Years in Shunqing District of Nanchong City in 2012

目的了解南充市顺庆区1-15岁健康儿童麻疹、脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）抗体水平,评价免疫效果,为免疫规划工作提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法采集1-15岁健康儿童手指末梢血13 020份,用酶联免疫吸附实验法（ELISA）检测麻疹、脊灰Ig G抗体。结果在检测的13 020份样本中,麻疹Ig G抗体阳性率95.03%,脊灰Ig G抗体阳性率95.99%;不同性别儿童麻疹、脊灰抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.65、χ2=0.37,P〉0.05）;不同年龄儿童麻疹、脊灰抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ2=36.31、χ2=87.20,P〈0.01）;城镇与农村儿童麻疹、脊灰抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ2=683.34、χ2=563.91,P〈0.01）。结论顺庆区1-15岁健康儿童具有较高的麻疹、脊灰抗体水平,但城市与农村地区有显著差异,城市儿童麻疹、脊灰抗体水平显著高于农村儿童。

Objective To understand the antibody levels of measles and polio among healthy children aged 1-15 years in Shunqing district of Nanchong city,to evaluate the effect of immunization,and provide scientific basis for immune programming work. Methods ELISA was used for detection of measles Ig G and polio Ig G. Results A total of 13 020 blood samples were detected,the positive rate of measles Ig G and polio Ig G was 95. 03% and95. 99%,respectively. On gender,the difference of Ig G antibody positive rate of measles cases and polio cases were not statistically significant（ χ2= 0. 65,χ2= 0. 37,P〈0. 05）; as to different age groups,the difference of Ig G antibody positive rate of measles cases and polio cases were all statistically significant（ χ2= 36. 31,χ2=87. 20,P〈0. 01）; and for urban and rural area,the difference of Ig G antibody positive rate of measles cases and polio cases were all statistically significant（ χ2= 683. 34,χ2= 563. 91,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The 1-15year-old children in Shunqing district have high immune antibody levels to measles and polio. Antibody levels of urban children against measles and polio antibody level is higher than rural children.
