摘要
弧焊逆变电源具有低电压、大电流的特点,为了提高其在大功率、高频化场合中电源系统的动态性能,提出一种Boost串联预稳压输入,全桥移相并联输出的弧焊逆变电源拓扑结构。通过小信号模型分析,研究电源系统的稳定性和响应速度;利用Matlab/Simulink建立电源系统的动态特性仿真模型,进一步研究了电源系统在输入电压、负载突变和给定信号变化情况下系统的动态响应过程,优化了电源系统的闭环控制参数,有效地预测了弧焊逆变电源系统的稳定性和响应速度。
Are welding inverter has the characteristics of luw voltage and high current, in order to improve the dynamk performance of its power supply system in the high-power and high-frequency occasions,an arc welding inverter topology of Boost pre-regulator series input and phase-shift full-bridge parallel output is put forward. Based on the small-signal model,the stability and response speed of the power system are studied,and the simulation model of the dynamic characteristics of power system is established by taking advantage of Matlab/Sinmlink,and the dynamic response process of tile power system under the circumstance of input voltage jump, load mutation and given signal change is further studied, and the closed-loop control parameters of the power supply system are optimized,tile stability and response speed of the arc welding inverter power system are effectively predicted.
