针刺结合补阳还五汤对缺血性中风大鼠脑能量代谢的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Brain Energy Metabolism of Ischemic Stroke Rats

目的:研究针刺结合补阳还五汤对缺血性中风大鼠的脑能量代谢的影响。方法:120只健康的SD大鼠作为研究对象,随机选择8只为正常组,30天后8只为假手术组,其余按照四血管闭塞法造模分成模型组、汤剂组、针药组及阳性药组各26只。正常组、假手术组及模型组均给予生理盐水,汤剂组用补阳还五汤,针药组用针刺联合补阳五汤剂,阳性药组用脑心通,均干预4周。结果:针药组、汤剂组及阳性药组脑组织ATP、ADP含量,及TAN、EC值均高,AMP降低,和模型组、假手术组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),前3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺结合补阳还五汤对缺血性中风大鼠的脑能量代谢有良好的改善效用,能起到抗脑缺血损伤作用。

Objective： To study the effect Of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on brain energy metabolism of ischemic stroke rats. Method： 120 healthy SD rats were taken as the study object. 8 rats were selected as the normal group and 8 rats were selected as the sham operation group randomly. The rest rats were divided into the model group, decoction group, combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs group and positive medicine group after models established by the four vessel occlusion method, with 26 rats in each group. The normal group, the sham operation group and the model group were given normal saline. The decoction group were given Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs group were treated with acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The positive medicine group were treated with Naoxintong. All the group were treated for 4 weeks. Result： The content of ATP and ADP, the value of TAN and EC increased and AMP decreased in combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs group, decoction group and positive medicine group. There was statistical significance compared with that of the model group and the sham operation group （P〈0.05） . There was no statistical significance among the former three groups （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction has good improvement effect on brain energy metabolism of ischemic stroke rats, with anti cerebral ischemic injury effect.
