针刺配合黄芪消渴方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Astragalus Diabetes Decoction on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(DPN)

目的:观察针刺联合黄芪消渴方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法:64例随机分为对照组和研究组各32例,对照组给予甲钴胺注射液治疗,研究组给予针刺配合黄芪消渴方治疗。结果:总有效率研究组90.42%,对照组75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SNCV和MNCV研究组分别为(42.51±1.16)m/s、(44.12±5.18)m/s,对照组分别为(37.52±3.54)m/s、(39.69±5.24)m/s,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量评分研究组(689.52±128.50)分,对照组(456.38±246.81)分。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合黄芪消渴方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可显著改善神经传导速度和生活质量,疗效确切。

Objective ： To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Astragalus Diabetes Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Method： 64 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. 32 cases were treated with mecobalamin injection as the control group while 32 cases were treated with acupuncture combined with Astragalus Diabetes Decoction as the study group. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 90.24% while that of the control group was 75.00%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . SNCV and MNCV of the study group was （42.51 ± 1.16） m/s and （ 44.12 ± 5.18 ） m/s respectively while that of the control group was （ 37.52 ± 3.54 ） m/s and （ 39.69 ＋ 5.24 ） m/s respectively. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . The life quality score of the study group was （ 689.52 ± 128.50 ） while that of the control group was （ 456.38 ± 246.81 ） . There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Astragalus Diabetes Decoction has exact therapeutic effect on DPN, which could improve nerve conduction velocity and life quality.
