摘要
目的:提供一种多盘多针的全自动生化仪针模块的实现方案。方法:采用电动机带动连杆、电动机带动皮带的方法,配合整机的时序要求,用软件来实现针模块的控制逻辑。结果:通过加样精度、运动精度以及老化试验验证,该设计充分考虑了时序上的优化、机械结构的优化以及容错性方面,符合设计要求。结论:该方案经实践证明是可行的、稳定的、高效的,可进一步提升全自动生物化学分析仪的检测精准度。
Objective To put forward a design scheme involving in multi-pan and-needle for the needle module of the automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods The connecting rod and strap were driven by the motor,and the software was used to realize the control logic of the module with considerations on the requirements on sequence.Results The trials on sampleadding precision,motion precision and aging proved the scheme met the desired requirements on timing optimization,mechanical structure optimization and fault tolerance.Conclusion The scheme is feasible,stable and efficient,and can enhance the detection precision of the automatic biochemical analyzer.
