摘要
目的:为解决前置缓冲负压装置的技术问题,研制一种能够应用于现代医学手术上可防止体液倒流进入中央负压系统的阀体。方法:根据人体血液、痰、唾液等体液的导电特性,结合现代医院手术室用中央负压系统的运作原理,通过在防倒流阀体中构造能够感应体液流经装置的感应机构以及能够对感应机构的反馈信息做出判断动作的开关机构,配合相应的结构设计,实现防止人体体液被倒吸进负压系统的功能。结果:该防倒流阀能够有效防止手术中患者体内的废弃液体倒吸进入中央负压管路,保证负压管路的通畅与手术负压功能的实现。结论:该防倒流阀防倒流效果显著,且结构简单、成本低,有利于在各医院中推广应用。
Objective To research an anti-backflow valve for preventing body fluid from reverse flowing into suction pipe based on the electrical conductivity of human body fluid and the working principle of medical central suction system.Methods The function of preventing body fluid from backflowing was realized by constructing a body-fluid sensor component and a sensor-operated switch in the anti-backflow valve.Results The valve with aforementioned design prevented body fluid from reverse flowing into central suction system effectively during medical operation.Conclusion The anti-backflow valves with simple structure and low cost can work well in anti-backflowing,and thus is worthy popularizing in hospitals.
