基于手写数字水印的医学图像版权保护研究

Research on copyright protection for medical images based on handwritten digital watermarking

目的:研究基于数字水印技术的医学图像版权保护方法,以提高数字化医学图像在分发和网络传输中的安全性。方法:设计一个手写板,采用离散余弦变换(discrete cosine transform,DCT)算法,将医学图像嵌入手写的医院信息数字水印中,并计算提取的水印和嵌入水印之间的相似度,以检测传输过程中图像是否被篡改。结果:该方法对原图没有视觉上的改变,提取出的水印清晰,与原水印具有高度一致性。而当图像受到攻击发生改变时,则提取不出正确的水印。结论:该方法具有安全性强、可信度高的优势,可以较好地保护医学图像版权,避免纠纷。

Objective To improve the security of digital medical images in distribution and network transmission and protect copyright.Methods A handwriting board was designed,and handwritten digital watermarking was embedded in medical images by discrete cosine transform（DCT）.The similarity between the extracted watermark and the original watermark was calculated to determine if the images were changed during transmission.Results The embedded image had no difference in visual effects.There was high consistency between the extracted watermark and the original one,and the watermark could not be extracted in case the images were changed.Conclusion The method can protect the copyright of digital medical images.
