摘要
目的:对常用玻璃量器检定装置进行不确定度评定,确保玻璃量器在化学分析以及量值传递中计量数据的准确可靠。方法:主要利用相应准确度的标准天平及其他配套标准器具来进行量值传递,依据JJG 196—2006《常用玻璃量器检定规程》,在室温为(20±5)℃下,采用衡量法测定玻璃量器纯水的质量,再乘以测定水温对应的K(t)值,即得出20℃时的实际容量示值,同时对测量过程中产生的不确定度分量来源进行具体分析。结果:对导致测量不确定度影响因素的来源进行了合理评估,分析计算出了玻璃量器检定装置的扩展不确定度。结论:通过对所建立的常用玻璃量器检定装置进行不确定度评定,可以正常开展0.1~200 ml常用玻璃量器的检定工作,在量值传递中可直接使用本不确定度的评定数值,为开展计量检定工作提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To assure the measurement data's accuracy and reliability of the graduated glassware in chemical analysis and quantity transfer.Methods The standard balance with corresponding accuracy and some auxiliary standard apparatuses were used for quantity transfer.According to JJG 196-2006 Verification Procedure for Common-used Graduated Glassware,the weight of the qualified water in the glassware was measured with gravimetric method at the room temperature of(20±5) ℃,which was multiplied by K(t) value corresponding to the water temperature to determine actual volume indication at 20 ℃.The contributor component sources of the uncertainty during measurement were analyzed respectively.Results Assessment was carried out about the sources of the factors for the uncertainty,and the extended uncertainty was calculated for the graduated glassware verification apparatus.Conclusion The uncertainty evaluation of the common-used graduated glassware verification apparatus facilitates its application to verifying the graduated glassware with 0.1 to 200 ml volume.The evaluation data of uncertainty can be used directly during the dissemination of the value quantity,which also lays a foundation for the measurement and verification.
