基层部队防化救援装备及使用现状的调查分析

Chemical protective equipment and its application in elementary troops

目的:了解当前基层部队防化救援装备现状及使用情况,探讨防化救援装备建设及发展。方法:采用问卷调查、座谈、参观考察等方式收集资料,发现问题,提出解决方案。结果:调研结果显示,防化装备存在陈旧老化现象严重、装备保障能力弱、部分缺编等问题,防化救援装备管理中存在薄弱环节。结论:规范装备管理机制,加强实战化训练;定期开展防化专业技能与知识培训,同时将防化救援装备管理、维修、保养技术作为重点一并纳入培训范围;加大新装备研发力度;增强官兵科技素养,从而提高武警部队专业防化救援水平。

Objective To investigate the chemical protective equipment and its application and development in the elementary troops.Methods Questionnaires,discussions,surveys and etc were used to gather information,find problems and propose solutions.Results The results showed that the chemical protective equipment had problems in aging,supportability,deficiency and management.Conclusion Some suggestions are put forward,such as standardizing equipment management mechanism to strengthen the actual combat ability training,regularly carrying out training on anti-chemical professional skills and knowledge focusing on equipment management,repair and maintenance,and improving soldiers for chemical rescue.
