一种药物分类容器的研制及应用

Development and application of drug classified container

目的 :研制一种药物分类容器,以减少医疗差错。方法 :该容器采用可消毒处理、对人体无害的医用材料制作,包括容器体和容器盖。容器体内腔纵向设置一个或多个隔挡,分隔成相互隔开的容腔,分别盛装不同的药物;根据不同情况在容器盖表面标示不同时段的字样(例如早、中、晚、夜),对于不认识字的老年患者则将容器盖根据服药时间设置成不同的颜色。结果:该容器方便了医务人员将患者一天服用的药物分类装入容器中,可以有效地防止药物被翻倒出容器;对于病情稳定的患者可以将药物一次性发放给患者,省时省力,而且可以明确地进行标志,避免出现错发、漏发等,患者可根据标志服用不同时段的药物,保证服用的药物密闭整洁。结论:药物分类容器结构合理、制作简单、使用方便,且可重复使用,实现了安全、准确、无污染的药物分类发放,提高了发药及用药安全。

Objective To develop a drug classified container to reduce medical errors.Methods The container was made of decontaminatable medical materials,and was composed of a body and a cover.The inner cavity contained one or several cells for different drugs,which were marked by writing,or by colors for some illiterate persons.Results The container contained the drugs for dail use,and prevented the drugs from dropping out.The patient could take the drugs according to the markers.Conclusion The container behaves well in the structure,manufacture and use,and enhances the safety for dispensing and medication.
