摘要
大落差成品油管道顺序输送过程中压力变化主要是由管道特性和泵站工作点共同变化引起。由于石太管道地处太行山区,具有落差大、翻越点多、地形复杂等特点,所以分析顺序输送时的管输量和各站进出站压力,对保证管线的安全运行具有重要意义。本文利用伯努利方程和列宾宗公式,分析了混油界面翻越高点前后的压力变化规律,通过水力计算分析了石太管道高庄至阳泉段顺序输送过程中的压力变化。结果表明:顺序输送时运行压力随管线高程呈现规律性变化,须据此变化采取相应压力调节措施,才能保证管道的安全运行。
Pressure variation during the process of batch transportation in elevation oil product pipeline mainly was caused by common change of pipeline characteristics and pumping stations working point. Because Shi Tai oil product pipeline was located in the Taihang Mountains area,which has the characteristic of great fall,many turnover points,complicated terrain etc. Therefore,it is significant to analyze the pipe transportation volume and pressure at each station's inlet and outlet during the batch transportation for ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline. In the text,using Bernoulli's equation and Repin formula,pressure change rule before and after the high turnover point on the mixed section's location was qualitatively analyzed and the pressure variation in the batch transportation for the section from Gaozhuang to Yangquan of Shi Tai pipeline by hydraulic calculation was analyzed. It shows that pressure varies regularly by the fall of the pipeline during the batch transportation,so it is necessarily to take some adjustment measures according to those variation for ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline.
