摘要
为检验泄漏监测系统在高迁原油管道的应用情况,制定了一套试验方案,通过在不同位置人工放油,模拟泄漏工况,对泄漏系统进行不同运行方式下的现场测试,得出了该系统所能检测到的最小泄漏流量和定位精度,并进行数据分析和对比。该泄漏监测系统能够充分利用压力和流量数据监测,反应灵敏度高,定位准确,及时、准确发现泄漏,为最大程度降低泄漏损失提供保障。
In order to test the leakage monitoring system in the Gaoqian crude oil pipeline,a testing program was designed.Through artificial drain in different positions and simulating leakage conditions,leakage monitoring system field tests were done under different operation modes. The smallest leak flow and positioning accuracy of the system which can be detected were gotten,and the data were analyzed and compared. Ultimately,the leakage monitoring system,can take advantage of the pressure and flow data monitoring reaction with high sensitivity and accurate positioning to ensure timely and accurately discovery spill,thus providing protection to minimize leakage loss at the most extent.
