摘要
石化热力蒸汽管线系统使用的普通隔热管托经常会出现保温层破损、管托移位等现象,导致隔热效果不佳,造成极大的热损失,影响企业的能耗效益。本文通过实验与工程应用相结合,开发出了新型隔热管托,并与BR系列隔热管托的隔热性能及热损失情况进行对比分析和评估,可为企业选择隔热管托提供参考。
Insulated hot support in petrochemical heating steam pipeline system usually exist the phenomenon of pipe bracket damaged and pipe bracket shift,leading to poor heat insulation effect,causing a great deal of heat loss,and affecting the energy efficiency of the enterprise. In this paper,through experiment combined with engineering application,a new type thermal insulation pipe bracket was developed,and through comparing and evaluating the BR series thermal insulation pipe bracket of heat insulation and heat loss,reference is provided for enterprises to choose insulation pipe bracket.
