摘要
为了确保长呼原油管道的安全运行,在管道设计时使用Safety Manager系统,其工作方式是2个CPU同时运行,无主备之分;当管道存在水击触发条件后,SM通讯给其他站,并开始计时,达到触发时间,本站设备动作;在水击执行过程,可人工干预,点击"水击综合复位",终止程序的执行;触发水击保护的条件主要有站关闭、失电、甩泵、站触发ESD等。通过该系统的投入使用,减小了调控操作人员的操作压力,有效保护管道安全运行。
To ensure the safe operation of the Chang Hu crude oil pipeline,Safety Manager system was chosen when designing the pipeline,which works by two CPU running at the same time,no standby. When the pipeline exists water hammer trigger conditions,SM communicates to other stations,and time is started,when reaching trigger time,site equipment is operated. In the course of the water hammer,it can be intervened,"water hammer comprehensive reset"was clicked,and the implementation of program was terminated. The condition of trigging water hammer protection is station closed,loss of power,rejection pump and station triggered ESD. Through putting the system into running,the operating pressure of regulating operator was reduced,thus ensuring safe operation of the pipeline effectively.
