摘要
目的收集淡水动物性水产品中弧菌的污染信息。方法选择达州主城区、大竹县、开江县的3个养鱼场、3家农贸市场、5家餐饮店的鱼和相关水体、水底沉积物,开展了副溶血性弧菌、创伤弧菌、霍乱弧菌、溶藻弧菌的定性检测。结果 4类样品4种弧菌总体检出率为37.78%,其中副溶血性弧菌检出率为20.44%,溶藻弧菌检出率为9.49%,创伤弧菌、霍乱弧菌(非O1/O139)检出率分别为3.65%。结论达州市副溶血性弧菌等致泻性弧菌的污染较为严重,由此可能导致食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To obtain the Vibrio contamination information of aquatic animal products in freshwater.Methods The qualitative test of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,V. Vulnificus,V. Cholerae and V. Alginolyticus were developed in 3 fish farms,3 farmers markets and 5 restaurants in Dazhou urban area using the samples of fish,relevant water and subaqueous sediment. Results The total detection rate of 4 kinds of Vibrio from four samples was 37. 78%. The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 20. 44%,the V. alginolyticus was9. 49%. The detection rate of V. Vulnificus and V. Cholerae( not O1 / O139) were both 3. 65%. Conclusion The contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and other kinds of vibrio caused diarrhea is serious in Dazhou.Therefore,it may lead the occurrence of foodborne illness.
