防腐剂4-羟基苯甲酸酯类在化妆品中使用现状分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解化妆品中防腐剂4-羟基苯甲酸酯类的使用情况,以确保消费者使用卫生安全的化妆品。方法收集2013-2015年在四川省疾病预防控制中心检测的1 134份化妆品,统计分析防腐剂4-羟基苯甲酸酯类使用情况。结果 4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯(简称甲酯)、4-羟基苯甲酸丁酯(简称丁酯)、4-羟基苯甲酸丙酯(简称丙酯)、4-羟基苯甲酸乙酯(简称乙酯)使用频率分别为30.16%、16.23%、13.84%和5.47%;最高使用浓度为0.6%、0.26%、0.3%和0.1%;甲酯+丙酯、甲酯+乙酯+丙酯+丁酯、甲酯+乙酯+丙酯、甲酯+乙酯复合使用率分别为8.02%、4.32%、0.71%和0.35%,甲酯单独使用率14.20%。结论 2013-2015年检测的化妆品中,甲酯的单独使用频率和使用浓度最高,分别为14.20%和0.6%;甲酯+丙酯复合使用率最高,为8.02%。 Objective To understand the use of 4- hydroxy benzoic acid esters as preservatives in cosmetics and en sure the safety of cosmetics for consumers. Methods Test data of 1 134 cosmetic samples analyzed in Sichuan Center for Disease Prevention and Control from 2013 to 2015 were collected and the use of 4- hydroxy benzoic acid esters as preservatives in cosmetics was statistically analyzed. Results The use frequencies of 4- hydroxy benzoic acid methyl ester( methyl ester),4- hydroxy benzoic acid butyl ester( butyl ester),4-hydroxy benzoic acid propyl ester( propyl ester) and 4- hydroxy benzoic acid ethyl ester( ethyl ester) were30. 16%,16. 23%,13. 84% and 5. 47%,respectively; the highest concentrations of use were 0. 6%,0. 26%,0. 3% and 0. 1%,respectively; the combined use frequencies of methyl and propyl esters,methyl and ethyl and propyl and butyl esters,methyl and ethyl and propyl esters,methyl and ethyl esters were8. 02%,4. 32%,0. 71% and 0. 35%,respectively; the individual use frequency of methyl ester was14. 20%. Conclusion In cosmetics analyzed during the period from 2013 to 2015,the use frequency and concentration of methyl ester alone were the highest( 14. 20% and 0. 6%); the combined use frequency of propyl and methyl esters was the highest( 8. 02%).
