摘要 目的探讨微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测面制品中的铝的测定效果。方法样品经微波消解后,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计,在257.4 nm处,定量测定吸光度。结果硝酸含量控制在1%~15%之间。铝在0~500μg/L范围内,有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 5,检出限为6μg/L。结论采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测面制品中的铝,操作简便、快速,可获取较为准确的结果,有较高应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of microwave digestion- graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry measurement of aluminum in flour products. Methods After the microwave digestion,the samples was detected the absorbance at 257. 4nm by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results The nitrate content was controlled in 1%- 15%. The aluminum content was in the range of 0- 500 μg / L with linear relationship,the correlation coefficient r = 0. 999 5 and the detection limit was 6 μg / L. Conclusion Microwave digestion- graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry measurement of aluminum in flour products could be simple and fast operation to obtain more accurate results,with high value.
