摘要 目的建立GC-MS-MS方法快速检测中毒样品中的克百威,及时应对突发性克百威中毒事件。方法液体或半固体样品加无水硫酸钠吸水后,加乙酸乙酯萃取;固体样品和血液样品直接加乙酸乙酯萃取;萃取液氮吹后,正己烷定容。使用串联四级杆EI离子源离子扫描,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测定性。结果共测定中毒样品13份,检出克百威的样品6份,分别为血液1份、呕吐物1份、馒头1份和洗胃液3份。结论该方法检测克百威结果定性准确,对血液、呕吐物、食物等均能检测快速,方法操作简单、易行,能够推广到食物中毒中其它农药组分的检测。 Objective To establish a method for rapid detection of carbofuran in food poisoning samples so as to timely respond to carbofuran poisoning events. Methods Ethyl acetate was added to liquid or semi- solid samples for extraction following dehydration with anhydrous sodium sulfate or directly added to solid samples for extraction. The extraction solution was blown with nitrogen and made up to a definite volume with n- hexane. Detection was performed using a tandem quadrupole mass spectrometer with an EI ion source under multiple reaction monitoring( MRM) mode. Results Thirteen poisoning samples were analyzed by the established method,and carbofuran was detected for six samples including one blood sample,one vomit sample,one steamed bun sample and three gastric lavage fluid samples. Conclusion This method can accurately and rapidly detect carbofuran in blood,vomit and food samples; with simple operation,it may also be used for detection of other pesticides in food poisoning samples.
