磨煤干燥装置螺旋输送机与旋转给料阀撬装的可行性

Skid-mounted Skid of the Screw Conveyor and Rotary Feeder in the Coal Milling and Drying Unit

磨煤干燥装置中,螺旋输送机与旋转给料阀用于输送煤粉收集器过滤分离出的合格煤粉产品。经过旋转给料阀的煤粉,再经由螺旋输送机输送至下游装置。旋转给料阀与螺旋输送机设备布置于磨煤干燥框架同一标高层上,因此,为了降低施工成本,优化管道配置,本文初步探讨此两类设备的撬装的可行性。

In the coal milling and drying unit, the screw conveyor and the rotary feeder are used in conveying the pulverized coal which produced by the fine coal filter. The pulverized coal is brought from the rotary feeder to the screw conveyor. Then is will be transported to the next equipment. The screw conveyor and the rotary feeder will be installed in the same floor. So we consider make this two equipments skid-mounted to decrease cost and optimize the piping layout.
