摘要
选用玄武岩纤维为增强材料,针对市场上常规的6.8 L呼吸气瓶,进行了气瓶的纤维缠绕层计算和样品制备,并对气瓶进行了爆破及疲劳实验。结果表明:本研究所研制6.8 L玄武岩纤维气瓶爆破压力为98 MPa,0~30 MPa压力循环试验10 000次气瓶未泄漏,满足设计要求,证明了玄武岩纤维应用于压力容器领域的可行性。
Basalt fiber instead of carbon fiber was used to produce 6. 8 L fiber fully wrapped cylinders. The composite layers of the cylinder were determined and the pressure cycle test and burst test were studied in this research. The results show that the burst pressure is 98 MPa,and there is no leap on the cylinder after 0 ~ 30 MPa pressure cycle test. The results also show that basalt fiber can be used for manufacturing cylinders.
