摘要
如果把WTO看做是一种制度安排 ,中国在这方面的制度供给是短缺的。所以 ,接受WTO制度约束的预期收益 ,将大于维护现行制度框架的净收益。但是 ,由于中国社会发展的特殊状况 ,WTO的制度效益在不同经济主体、不同行业、不同阶层和地区 ,都必然显示出巨大的不均衡。
Regarding WTO as a kind of institutional arrangement,China is in lack of the institutional supply to this respect.Therefore,the expected income of accepting the institutional restriction will be greater than the net income of keeping current institutional framework.However,due to the special condition of China's social development,the institutional effect of WTO consequentially will bring out tremendous imbalance in as to different economic principal parties,different industries,different classes and areas.
