摘要
论述了装备科研与生产交叉并行的成因和现状,指出了科研与生产交叉并行带来的问题,针对性地提出了技术与质量管理中的思路和控制方法。文中重点从如何对战技指标和各类考核试验提前验证,实施技术状态阶段性固化控制,提前策划与实施可生产性验证和新技术、新工艺、新器件、新材料的应用验证等方面给出了技术和质量管理中的控制措施。
The causes and the status of equipment development and production crossed the parallel is discussed. Then, the parallel problems of development research with production are pointed out. The idea of technology and quality management and control is put forward. Focus on how to play technical indicators, and various types of test validation in advance, carry out the technical stage curing control, early planning and implementation of production validated, and new technologies, new processes, new devices, new material, the application of technology and quality control measures are given.
