31%柠檬醛羟丙基-β-环糊精水剂制备及其对稻瘟病菌的抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高柠檬醛的田间使用效果,进行了柠檬醛水剂的制备及其生物活性研究。通过不同乳化剂、渗透剂、防腐剂等助剂的优化筛选实验,确定了柠檬醛羟丙基-β-环糊精水剂的最优配方,并对制剂进行了室内生物活性测定。结果表明:柠檬醛羟丙基-β-环糊精水剂的最佳配方为31%柠檬醛羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物、10%OP-15、5%渗透剂T、0.5%山梨酸钾、蒸馏水补足至100%;并且制剂的各项理化性能优良,符合水剂的质量技术指标。31%柠檬醛羟丙基-β-环糊精水剂对水稻稻瘟病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有较好的抑制作用,其EC50值分别为21.37、35.63μg/mL。柠檬醛水剂的研制,为柠檬醛的田间使用提供一种方法。 To improve application effect of citral in the field,citral HP-β-CD 31% AS were prepared and its biological activity. In order to determine the optimal formula of citral HP-β-CD 31% AS and conducting different emulsifiers,penetrants,preservatives and other additives screening experiments,determination of biologically active of citral HP- β- CD31% AS. The results showed that the optimum formulation are as follows:31% citral HP- β- CD inclusion complexes,10% OP-15,5% penetrant,0. 5% potassium sorbate,distilled water were consisted in the optimum formulation. Its physical-chemical nature of preparation met the quality standard of aqueous solution. Citral HP-β-CD 31% AS have good inhibition for rice blast fungus mycelium growth and spore germination and its EC50 values were 21. 37、35. 63 μg / mL. Its development for citral to provide a method of field use.
