不同配比氮磷钾硼肥对万寿竹种子发芽的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Different Ratios of NPKB Fertilizer on Germination Rate of the Seed of Disporum cantoniense

摘要 为探究施肥对万寿竹种子发芽率、可溶性糖和淀粉含量的影响,为万寿竹种子生产提供理论依据。以多年生万寿竹为试验材料,采用L9(34)正交设计,研究了不同施肥处理对万寿竹种子发芽率、可溶性糖和淀粉含量的影响。结果表明,施肥对万寿竹种子可溶性糖和淀粉含量的影响差异均达到显著水平,N、P、K、B肥不同水平间发芽率差异不显著。适宜的施肥组合能有效的提高万寿竹种子的可溶性糖和淀粉含量,N用量为270 kg/hm2时,种子淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量分别增加了13.40%、22.76%;P2O5用量为28 kg/hm2时,种子淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量分别增加了51.40%、32.93%;K2O用量为216 kg/hm2时,种子淀粉含量增加了58.93%;H3BO3浓度为170 mg/L时,种子淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量分别增加了125.00%、25.02%。综合得出本次试验的最佳施肥组合为N为270 kg/hm2、P2O5为28 kg/hm2、K2O为216 kg/hm2,H3BO3浓度为170 mg/L。 In order to provide theoretical basis for D. cantoniense production,the influence of fertilization on the germination percentage and the contents of soluble sugar and starch of D. cantoniense seed were studied. The effect of different application amount of NPKB-mixed fertilizer on the germination percentage and the contents of soluble sugar and starch of seed of D. cantoniense by orthogonal design L9(34)were invested. The experiment was carried out on two years old perennial D. cantoniense. The results showed that the effect of fertilization on the contents of soluble sugar and starch of D. cantoniense seed reached the significant difference level and there was no obvious difference among the NPKB fertilizer. The proper fertilizer composition could increase the contents of soluble sugar and starch in D. cantoniense seed. When the application rate of N was 270 kg / hm2,the starch content and soluble sugar content increased by 13.40% and 22.76% respectively,comparing to no fertilizer treatment;When the P2O5 application rate was 28 kg / hm2,the starch content and soluble sugar content increased by 51.40% and 32.93% respectively comparing to no fertilizer treatment;When the K2 O application rate was 216 kg / hm2,the starch content increased by 58.93% comparing to no fertilizer treatment;When the concentration of H3BO3 was 170 mg / L,the starch content and soluble sugar content increased by 125.00% and 25.02%respectively comparing to no fertilizer treatment. Based on comprehensive analysis of the results,N(270 kg / hm2),P2O5(28 kg/ hm2),K2O(216 kg / hm2)and H3BO3(170 mg/ L)was the best fertilizer combination.
