二氢杨梅素对鲤鱼生长及某些生理指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Dihydromyricetin on Growth Performance,Serum Indexes and Digestive Enzyme Indexes of Common Carp

摘要 试验旨在研究二氢杨梅素(Dihydromyricetin,DMY)对鲤鱼生长性能、血清指标及消化酶指标的影响。选取体重相近的鲤鱼,随机分为5个处理组,Ⅰ组为饲喂基础日粮的对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组为分别添加DMY0.075%、0.10%、0.125%、0.25%的试验组。试验期为64 d,结果表明,基础日粮中添加0.125%和0.25%的DMY极显著提高鲤鱼的增重率(WGR)和肥满率(CF),不同剂量的DMY添加都极显著降低鲤鱼饵料系数(FCR)(P<0.01)。基础日粮中添加0.25%DMY显著提高鲤鱼血清中白蛋白(ALB)和总蛋白(TP)的含量(P<0.05),添加不同剂量的DMY对鲤鱼血清中谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性没有显著影响(P>0.05)。基础日粮中添加0.25%DMY可以显著提高鲤鱼胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),极显著降低肠道淀粉酶活性(P<0.01),添加不同剂量DMY对鲤鱼肠道脂肪酶活性没有显著影响(P>0.05)。 The effects of Dihydromyricetin(DMY)on growth performance,serum indexes anddigestive enzymes of Cyprinus carpiowere investigated in the present work.The group fed the basal diet was used as the control,and the basal diets supplemented with different DMYs(0. 075%,0. 10%,0. 125% and 0. 25%)were used as the treatments. The treatments added with 0.125% and 0.25% DMY significantly increased WGR and CF of Cyprinus carpio(P 0.01),and different dosages of DMY might extremely significantly decrease the CFR(P 0.01). Addition of 0.25% DMY significantly increased ALB and TP levels in the serum of Cyprinus carpio(P〉0.05),and different dosages of DMYs gave no significant effect on the GOT activity in the serum(P〉0.05). Treatment with 0.25% DMY could significantly improvethe pepsaseactivity(P〈0.05),intestinalamylase activitydecreased significantly(P〈0. 01),and the addition of different dosages of DMYs had no significantly effects on the intestinal lipase activity of Cyprinus carpio(P〉0.05).
