摘要
对20000kV·A电石炉改造为11000kV·A钛渣炉进行了技术可行性分析,改造主要集中在电炉变压器、电炉炉体、电极系统等方面。技术经济分析表明:改造后的钛渣炉生产高钛渣的盈利能力略强,可根据市场需求情况灵活进行酸溶性钛渣和高钛渣的搭配生产。
Technological feasibility of remodeling 20 000-kV· A calcium carbide furnace to 11 000- kV· A titanium slag furnace was analyzed. Remoldeling focused on transformer for electric oven, electric oven body, electrode system,etc. Technical and economic analysis showed that, after remodeling, the profitability of titanium slag furnace in producing high titanium slag was slightly high. The furnace could flexibly produce acid soluble titanium slag and high titanium slag according to market demand.
