介绍了在国产70m^3PVC聚合釜上加装釜顶冷凝器技术的实施情况。通过对相应工艺进行调整,并加强操作控制,取得了良好的效果,使单台釜的产能由2.5万t/a提高到3.15万t/a。

The implementation status of technologies for installing condensers on the top of 70 m3- polymerizers were introduced. Through adjusting the corresponding processes and strengthening operation controls, good results were achieved, increasing the capacity of single polymerizer from 2.5 million tons to 3.15 million tons per year.
