氯乙烯转化工序蒸汽余热回收工艺的改进

摘要 采用吸收器对氯乙烯转化工序闪蒸蒸汽进行换热回收,并将此热量用于热水溴化锂机组制冷。对于40万t/a PVC装置,可节约蒸汽21.2 t/h;蒸汽价格按108元/t计,生产时间按每年8 000 h计,则可产生经济效益1 832万元/a。 The heat of flash steam generated in vinyl chloride conversion process was exchanged and recovered by absorber. The heat was used in hot-water lithium bromide refrigeration unit. For a 400 kt/a of PVC facility, 21.2-t steam was saved hourly. Based on 108 RMB ¥ per ton of steam price and 8 000 h per year of production time, 18.32 million RMB Y economic benefits could be produced per year.
