2-三氟乙酰基-4-氯-苯胺盐酸盐生产废水的预处理研究

摘要 对2-三氟乙酰基-4-氯-苯胺盐酸盐(E2)生产废水中高浓度氯化锂溶液进行蒸馏回收,对高浓有机废水采用铁碳微电解+芬顿氧化处理。通过对蒸馏方式、pH、加药量等关键因素的控制,可做到废水预处理后,回收的氯化锂纯度达95%,废水COD去除率达77%,经预处理后废水达到生化处理进水要求。 4-Chloro-2-(trifluoroacetyl)aniline hydrochloride wastewater containing high concentration of lithium-chloride and COD, which was treated by distillation to retrieve the lithium-chloride, and the mixture wastewater was pretreated by micro-electrolysis–FentonOxidation-process. Through control the key effects of the way to distillate, pH, amount of chemical agent addition on wastewater pretreatment, the recovery rate of lithium-chloride is 95 %, and the removal rates of COD is 77 %. After the pretreatment, the effluent reaching the requirement for the successive biochemical treatment unit.
