摘要
研制了一种具有气相防护性能的三元共聚物基涂料,使用固化促进剂,红外光谱(FT-IR),万能拉伸实验机,GDP-C透气率测试仪,同步热分析仪进行分析,结果表明该涂料具有良好的性能,H2渗透率为0.0073 cm3·cm/cm2·d·bar,固化时间短,形成的涂层在耐化学介质、热老化、耐湿热、光学防护性能等方面的测试均表现优异。
In the paper, Developed a gas phase protective properties of ternary copolymer based coating. Using curing accelerator, infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), universal tensile test machine, air GDP-C rate tester, simultaneous thermal analyzer, the result shows that the coating has good performance, H2 permeability of 0.0069 cm3. Abstract curing time is short, coating formation in the chemical medium resistance, thermal aging, resistance to heat and humidity, optical protective performance test showed excellent.
