摘要
设计性实验,已经成为目前高等院校实验教学改革的重要途径。实验采用紫外-可见分光光度法,吸附剂选择活性炭,考察了活性炭用量,振荡反应时间等对实验常数测定的影响。最终确定了活性炭吸附的Freundlich吸附等温方程常数测定的实验方法及具体操作,多组学生实验结果表明本实验可操作性强。通过查阅文献、实验设计、实验结果等整个设计实验的过程,学生的综合实验能力能够得到一定的提升。
Design experiments have become an important way for reformation of experimental teaching in institutions of higher learning. Design experiment using UV-Vis spectrophotometry as test method and activated carbon as adsorbent. At the same time, the effects of the amount of activated carbon and reaction time on the determination of the experimental constants were investigated. Finally, the experimental method and the concrete operation were determined. The results of groups of students show that this experiment was highly operable. The comprehensive experimental abilities of students have been improved through the processes of consulting literature, experimental design and experimental results.
