摘要
文章介绍了一种离子液体辅助的超声剥离层状二维纳米材料二硫化钼的方法,通过优化实验方法,单层二硫化钼纳米片的产率超过10%,剥离的二硫化钼纳米片均为小尺寸。这种简易的制备二硫化钼纳米片的方法有望实现大规模的制备,拓展了二硫化钼纳米片在半导体、光电和生物医学领域的应用。
Herein, we report an ionic liquid assisted ultrasonic exfoliation method for the preparation of single layer molybdenum disulfide nanosheets. Due to the optimal experimental process, the yield of single layer molybdenum disulfide nanosheets can be up to 10 % with small lateral dimension. The easy preparation method with large quantity can used to scale-up manufacture of single layer molybdenum disulfide nanosheets and promote their widely applications in semiconductor, optoelectronic and biomedical field.
