摘要
文章以磷酸、氢氧化铝、去离子水为原料,通过严格控制加料比例,合成了以磷酸二氢铝为主体成份的磷酸铝类无机粘合剂。实验研究了CuO、Fe_2O_3、Cr_2O_3等三种金属氧化物与制备粘合剂的固化情况,采用剪切剥离强度、对接头拉伸强度等力学性能测试考察了其基本性能,并实验研究了少量活性MgO加入对三种固化体系的固化速度及固化强度的影响。
In the paper, by the application of phosphoric acid,aluminum hydroxide and deionized water, aluminium dihydrogen phosphate as mainly part adhesive was synthetized under strictly material ratio-controlling. By testing the shear strength and the tensile strength of the joint, the adherence performance of those adhesives mixed with CuO, Fe_2O_3, Cr_2O_3 respectively is investigated. Meanwhile, the effects of small amount of active MgO on the above adhesives were also studied.
